of America vis-a-vis in accordance with the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act of 1975 (Public Law 93-638 Self Determination contracts), the 1994 amendments to the 1975 Indian Self Determination and Education Assistance Act (Self-Governance compacts), 25 U.S.C. §§ 305-310 and M--37045 Memorandum to Secretary from Solicitor regarding the Reafirmation of the United States Unique Trust Relationship with Indian Tribes and Related Indian Law Principles
